This allows you to sell products online and on one of your business PC's we install the software that allows you to process those orders. This is not to be confused with the online Open Source management ecommerce packages you can download. We only use the current market leader in our eyes, www.actinic.co.uk. What this means is that you get a quality product to manage your online shop. Actinic is not just a shopping cart, we see it as a complete solution and is far superior to those currently out there.
How do we know? We invested a number of months of evaluating the open source leaders in shopping cart software and also tried the leaders in the commercial side and even went down the road of writing our own. Our conclusion was that for its price, ongoing upgrades and backup support, Actinic was a clear winner.

Our eCommerce process.

We gather your requirements - number of products, branding, other web pages, search engine assistance etc...

We provide you with a quotation and if agreed, the project is kicked off. This involves signing the agreement and paying a percentage upfront to enable the project to commence.

We then go into Product Identification phase - basically how each product should be presented generically (Descriptions, sales details, images, delivery costs and so on).

We next go to design phase - layout/branding.

Any other web pages required?

Some Products are loaded and a "quick demo" is arranged to show you the progress and then is the time to make any changes.

The remaining products are loaded.

The web site is tested internally.

Finally the web site is presented to you for sign off.

An invoice is issued and once the final payment has been received we arrange a day to install your software and your web site. We give you training on that day on how to use the software.
